Board Members

President – Aaron Doley
In 2002, Aaron served on the floor at the New York Stock Exchange as an intern. In the summer of 2003 he worked as a White House intern in the office of Public Liaison where he introduced guest to daily functions. He received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Mercy College in 2004 and studied abroad in Lugano, Switzerland.

Aaron began his registration with Doley Securities in 2004. He held the title of Operations Manager, as his duties primarily focused on finance. Additional responsibilities included daily operations and investor relations.

ChairSheila Kearney
Sheila Kearney began her career as a special education teacher and administrator in the Boston Public Schools system. Kearney earned a doctorate and master’s degree from Harvard University in administration, planning, and social policy. She also earned a master’s degree from Boston College in educational psychology. She currently holds the title as Executive Director of the Gallup Institute for Global Well-Being (GIGWB), formerly known as the Gallup Positive Psychology Institute. As a member on the Doley Foundation board she serves as the chair of The Fund’s Academic Advisory Committee. Her newest initiative is the implementation of TMCF Pathways, a TMCF-Gallup partnership providing faculty-staff fellowships and a strengths-retention program for freshmen students at each of the TMCF member universities.
